Number 1

Attacker’s foot goes to the outside first.
Front half of attacker’s foot overlaps the defender’s.

Attack: Walking Stance Middle Obverse Punch.
Defence: Right Leg Back, Walking Stance Middle Inner Forearm Block
Counter Attack: Walking Stance Middle Reverse punch.

Number 2

Attacker’s foot goes to the outside first.
The attacker’s and defender’s foot should be heel to heel.

Attack: Walking Stance High Obverse Punch.
Defence: Right Leg Back, Walking Stance Obverse Rising Block
Counter Attack: Walking Stance High Reverse Open Fist Strike.

Number 3

The front half of the attacker’s foot overlaps the defender’s.

Attack: L-Stance Middle Reverse Punch.
Defence: Left Leg Back, L-Stance, Twin Forearm Block.
Counter Attack: L-Stance Middle Reverse Punch.

Number 4

Attacker’s foot goes to the inside first.
Front half of attacker’s foot overlaps the defender’s.

Attack: L-Stance Middle Knife Hand Strike.
Defence: Right Leg Back, L-Stance, Middle Obverse Inward Outer Forearm Block.
Counter Attack: Left Leg Middle Side Front Snap Kick.
(Keeping Hands In Block Position).
